If life is going just the way I like it, I spend a crap load of time outside; skiing, climbing, rafting, you name it. Coming from the Bay Area, though, I also spend a lot of time in big cities. This is something I love about the west coast, actually, the sort of seamless transition between the mountains, the rivers, and the cities. I often find myself running in the dense forest of the Oakland hills and ten minutes later, downtown among the bustle of hipsters and commuters. When I first started talking with my friends over at KÜHL, the versatility of their clothing was the primary thing they mentioned. The high tech, super warm fabric goes without saying, but they wanted to capitalize on how stylish and "wearable" their apparel is. I couldn't agree more. Yeah, those are staged pictures, but I swear haven't stopped wearing this jacket since I got it. Seriously, I'm wearing it as I type this... someone should really make me change.
